Tipco Foods Public Company Limited was previously known as Thai Pineapple Public Company Limited which was established on 22 March 1976 with a registered capital of 10 million baht. Currently, the company has increased its registered capital to 500 million baht. The factory is in the urban area of Prachuap Khiri Khan. The main product of the company is canned pineapple, pineapple juice and pineapple juice concentrate for export
- The company accessed the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1989 under the “TIPCO” symbol. Currently, Tipco Foods is one of the leading pineapple processing companies for export in Thailand.
- Moreover, the company has also expanded the investment into the ready-to-drink fruit juice business under Tipco F&B Co., Ltd. and retail business of fresh fruit smoothies under Tipco Retail Co., Ltd. as well.
The company realizes the importance of research and development of agricultural products by investing in Tipco Biotech Co., Ltd. which has researched and developed the plant species and plant extracts as well as the pineapple species called Tipco Homsuwan which is a patent of Tipco in particular onwards.

Under the name of Thai Pineapple Co., Ltd on 22 March 1976 and established a pineapple factory on 150 rai in Prachuap Khiri Khan.

Expanded the production of natural mineral water by investing in new factories and natural mineral water sources in Phukham Subdistrict, Wichian Buri District, Phetchabun Province, which has a production capacity of about 140 million bottles per year.

Drive distribution through online channels which continues to grow and is able to meet the needs and is convenient to consumers. Consumers can order products online through the Company’s websites which includes www.tipcoshop. com, www.auramove.net, www.tipcoherb.com, e-Marketplace channels which include Lazada, Shopee, JD Central, Food Panda and Lineman. Media Partner channels include Amado, RS Mall, CO-DC e-Market, and social media channels. In addition to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, channels with online activity via Influencer, TikTok, and other media has also been added.

Launch a new product within the Tipco Foods group
New products under the Tipco Foods Company are as follow : 1. Tipco Nature Up+ - Oat Milk with with Isomaltulose in Black Sesame and Original flavor 2. Tipco Chewy – Lychee flavored drink with coconut jelly, Coconut flavoured drink with coconut jelly, orange flavoured drink with coconut jelly 3. Fresh-cut Homsuwan pineapple – began selling in 7-11 stores in Quarter 3 of 2023.
In 2023, the Company made adjustment to the business structure and business operations strategies. New policies determined that the business structure aligns with Company’s group of companies, and has defined the business into three types of business : Core Business, Non-core-business and Potential-business. Management of the businesses structure is designed to be robust and adaptable to today’s rapid changes, such as terminating all Tipco Squeeze shops since 1 December 2023, to align with business strategies.
